Flexible foam

Molded flexible polyurethane foam finds numerous applications thanks to its unique combination of properties such as flexibility, lightness and strength. Molded foam eliminates the costly and time-consuming production process of elements cut and glued from foam blocks. Depending on the customer's expectations, we can adjust the density and flexibility of the foam, as well as the hardness or resilience of the finished part, in a wide range.

Foam products meet environmental and health requirements. Thanks to their open-cell structure, they provide air flow. They are resistant to temperature changes and are characterized by low susceptibility to aging.  

The main applications of elastic foam are the furniture industry, vehicle seats, railways, safe toys and playgrounds, specialist mattresses. It is also used as a seal, soundproofing and in the construction of damping elements.
