Integral foam

It is a type of flexible polyurethane foam  with a solid surface and a foamed foam core. The surface structure of the integral foam resembles natural leather or can be freely textured, is pleasant to the touch, resistant to: abrasion, UV radiation, external conditions, water. It is light and ecological. The inner core of foamed plastic provides softness and comfort, and the strong and flexible outer shell provides an aesthetic appearance and mechanical strength. The production process is as ecological as the polyurethane system itself.

Processing technology enables any modeling of the final product and obtaining the desired properties of the final product.

Integral foam is used  in the production of armchairs, backrests, handrails, armrests, seats, headrests, handles, steering wheels, furniture elements, and health and safety elements.
